Friday, March 2nd we are having a drum circle workshop at Planet Youth at the Friendship House in the Cultural room on the second floor. Starts at 7pm all are welcome. You will learn basic hand drumming. Drumming is very good for relieving stress and enhancing positive body and mind states. Anyone can drum!!!!!!!

We are gathering devil’s club on Wednesday as the beginning of our first “Medicine Series”.
Every Friday for 4 weeks we will be learning how to make different healing medicines from the Devil’s Club (woomps) plant. Join us on Wednesday the 11th to gather this plant and then on Friday 13, 20 and 27th in a hands on workshop series when we will process the medicine for you to take home, use and share.
